Hi, I'm Cliff! I'm a data scientist who has been working at the intersection of data science, atmospheric science, and aviation. My projects include building machine learning models for climate and aviation weather forecasting, domain-based optimisation, and agentic LLM application development.

I hold a BSc in Earth System Science (Atmospheric Science Stream) from CUHK and an MSc in Data Science and Analytics from the University of Leeds. This dual background grounds my work in both domain knowledge and modern data science practice.

This dashboard is a personal side project. It ingests real-time HKO data streams, typhoon forecasts from Google DeepMind, and aviation weather feeds (ATIS, METAR, PIREP, SIGMET, TAF). They are visualised interactively through charts, maps, and an AI-powered chat assistant. I hope to turn raw meteorological feeds into an intuitive tool for both the public and weather enthusiasts.
